I backed Mr Assertive on debut and thought he ran well enough, think he has the best formline with Smart Deel winning again and Creek running well in a good race I think. As mentioned the other day I am trying to let the raced ones go to keep with the quality over quantity but I have to put something on these because I don’t think Capital Rock and Spirit of Camelot have done much and both pretty short, Smart Return didn’t do much last start too. QUEEN is the type I sit on the fence with and if sitting on the fence I tend to let them go as mentioned now so send less but some get up so have to consider, this one has Newitt with an inside barrier and looks to have some speed so I rekon Newitt will make sure leads and he can lift them, not convinced horse will be there late but at $20 think we can go small. Like El Castello the other day, probably smart to have something the place

Snack Bar was a small bet for me on debut and ran 2nd so no shock to see me jump ship here and knocks me off, goes in all exotics but like to bet around if there is a few at odds. Immortal Weapon looked good enough against an older galloper who is competitive in 64 grade, that method has served me well in the past, the latest one I think they have stuffed up the order of the jump-outs, think this guy won, not the stable mate. Thought Narbold was worth something at the bigger odds than Snack Bar because can line them up a bit through Harpalee. Heaven is a small mental health bet for me because I thought would run well on debut and went like an absoluted busted and made me look stupid but gets tongue tie on and was given time so stable obviously expected better or had issue. Will box them up with the other few that are in the market, including 8,13,6. I will be having something the place too on all three
