This colt has won a couple of jump-outs at Mornington. He has not been tested late and you can usually trust those Mornington jump-outs when they sit wide and make good ground. He was strong after the line.
Zou Dancer looks a better horse this prep, beat The Astrologist in a recent jump-out. Bondi Beau is better than maiden grade, looked good in a few jump-outs and beat home Sirileo Miss in a recent jump-out. Witch Queen will win races and is a must include in exotics. Protect the Jewels and Hampton Cave next best.
Win bet Zou $3.85 Boxing up the exotics – 1,3,5,8,9,10 F4 $543
Early Quad – 1,3,5,8,9,10/2,3,7,8,9/2,7,10/1,2,3,4,5 $592.80
Went around short odds on debut and was expected to win. Has since been sent to the paddock and gelded, recently beat home Miss Damita and Kuramae in a jump-out.
Formally with the Hawkes camp and caught the eye early days at the jump-outs when slowly away but got home well late against Ranting and Aidensfield. Then had a quiet trial in NSW. Now at the Laurie camp and jump-outs this time have been just average.
Big jump up in grade but a few of these are lightly raced too and I think he has huge upside and will be better over further.

#6 PRINCESS OF MEYDAN
Handful of trials under the belt now so should be well educated and fitness not an issue. Can go forward and take catching.
Win bet $2.95
Early Quad – 3,8,9/2,6/1,6,12/1,2,6,8,10
GUNDAGAI R3

#8 VINNIE’S GIRL
Was good enough in an open trial to suggest would be competitive in a maiden. This does not look a strong race.

#4 VECTOR
Was too speedy for Zakat when trialling in NSW. Zakat goes fairly well and the 3rd placed horse has won a couple of races too. He looks to have kept improving from each trial over there and you would think he would go forward from the inside gate and give you a sight.
