| Matched motors with Manasa at the Cranbourne jump-outs last year. That filly has not won yet but has shown some talent. He then went out for a few months and returned with a jump-out win over 800m without being really tested. It was the most recent jump-out though that got my attention. He took a sit and the jock pulled him out in the straight and with a couple little slaps on the neck he showed a turn of foot and started making ground on Melba Storm. Now Melba has shown a decent cruising speed in her races and not long ago beat River Twain at Bendigo. Musk Lollie was behind, she ran okay behind Oxley Road. The Pres was behind too, he has ran 3rd at Flemington in a benchmark 70. The stable have Jimmy also nominated for a Australian Guineas |
