Just a quick update to the website,
I’m always looking at ways to improve my own punting and information I provide you guys/girls. As you would know my strength/lane is knowing the Vic jump-outs/Trials and NSW trials. This is usually 20-25 hours a week on avg spent watching the footage and I mostly rely on my eye when trying to find coming maiden winners. I am very wet behind the ears/unfamiliar when it comes to the ‘data’ side to racing, including Sectionals and Benchmark figures, hence why I have asked Dean Watling from The Barrier Attendant to give us some added info/ tick of approval from a ‘data ‘ perspective. This will only be added to the daily tips/ early mail when the ‘data’ is considered to be good for that runner and obviously only for runners that have been to the races, once or twice at most. Keep in mind, this does not mean Dean thinks this runner will win the race or is ‘his tip’. It only means that ‘my tip’ ran well last start in a ‘data’ point of view. Dean is a good judge, often finds horses from the trials I consider given a quiet time and not easily found, which usually provides a bit of value when they go the races, he is also a good bloke which I find just as important. I will make sure I highlight when Dean’s info is added to any runners so it’s not easy to miss. Any issues please let me know, always happy to chat via email or twitter
Todays Early Mail tip ITALIAN VIKING is the first runner Dean considers to have gone well last start. L400 figure was -2.0 and overall -0.5. Was on a heavy track too, more merit in that. Nice base figure on debut. “Nice”
