| Fair few j/o’s and showed decent speed, recently they took her to Colac for a j/o. Hummed along, Cautious with the smaller stables but at the same time if they are untested on my spreadsheet then there is no reason to knock them unless they fail a few times and I have no data on this stable. Jocks figures ok on spreadsheet, he did ride Tararua when booting him home for us and I remember he was positive and took him to the front, which I’m hoping happens here. Not enough of a sample size to have an opinion of our bets at Colac, gut feel horse goes well, been in work for a while so should have a decent fitness base but probably a few issues, slight concern would be not sure what the opposition was like in those early j/o’s but I do think Defining goes well enough. Can go forward and be hard to catch, old early mail Beautiful to Me wouldn’t shock will have a saver, Talantino wouldn’t shock, comes through Golden Vitrine j/o, Golden didn’t set world on fire on debut, huge respect for stable though with debutants, they can go much better at races than j/o’s, happy to take on though for a decent collect and if the Maher/Eust stable are too good than so be it |
