First jump-out was pretty soft against I Never Dreamed and Henry Robin. Next jump-out was, well looked to be in first gear against Shrewsbury Road who subs won. Recent was asked for an effort late and looked to respond with Miss Jenni Lyn behind, Maisy behind and The Defender was ridden in straight for a bit and subs ran okay and wasn’t beaten far. Most others have shown they are limited. Saving on TAKEN ON FAITH thought shown could stay well against a couple decent two-year-olds who have looked good winning in Eternal and Ndola but only saver because can get a line through Good boy Carlo and I thought Queen had the edge there

Tipped last week and was scratched on vet advice hence lowered stake here, was seven I think last week. Trials this time in have been encouraging. Captain Eagle was asked for more in recent trial and this looked to be travelling better
