I didn’t take much from first prep. 2nd prep wasn’t asked much in first jump-out and looked to travel well enough. Recent jump-out was over a good distance 1100m so a decent test. Time was nearly the same if correct as the Loafer and Rosa Juliet jump-out over same distance, both of them subs won. This came off the bit but did think responded well enough when jockey asked and looked to be taking ground off Smokey Warrior late who is an older galloper who subs ran okay in a BM58, the vision cuts off on the line again, which just isn’t good enough again if they want to increase turnover. I would invest more if I knew stuck on after the line too. Anyway there seems to be a few ticks there and I couldn’t find too many positives in any of the other runners, thought The Showvinist has looked okay this prep but had question marks on the opp in recent jump-out and time looked not great off my timer. Hoping that recent jump-out over distance by Captivate was the first time been asked for an effort so possibly come on fitness wise from it because didn’t let down straight away but is a positive sign to see respond to riding. The other positive too I thought was that recent jump-out was on synthetic and gets that here so think that is a good chance at being a positive, knowing the ground. They better not scratch
