STAKE TUESDAY 3RD DECEMBER 2024

BENDIGO R1 #5 STAR TERRITORY

X1 STAKE WIN $4.80
X0.5 STAKE WIN TOTE

Just something small because don’t think been against anything that’s shown much ability but latest two jump-outs seems a bit of an effort to keep under a hold, especially most recent so no idea if can run fast hence the small stake but wasn’t allowed too in most recent j/o’s if wanted to. Will be a exotics betting race for me, will update after scratchings, raining a bit here and apparently through the night so might be a few scratchings I would think

BENDIGO R3 #4 MR VERSE

X1 STAKE WIN TOTE

Small staking again because low confidence with horse not really going against anything lately at least with proven ability but does look like there is more there if asked, well should be anyway because hasn’t been asked to do much at all in latest jump-outs. LITTLEBIRDIE can win but just thought maybe money will come for that horse and Mr Verse might drift. Littlebirdie has jumped out well but I pretty much have to ignore that stable with jump-outs because the lightly raced ones or unraced ones often can travel well but find not much on race day. Will be betting exotics with MR VERSE/LITTLEBIRDIE/LOCHLORIAN

BENDIGO R4 #7 THEDOCTOROFLOVE

X2.5 STAKE WIN $2.60
X2.5 STAKE WIN TOTE

Would love to go more stake but for some reason stable have decided to not put the blinkers on, strange but probably just adds to the mystery with stable lightly raced runners. With Purler Patch in a j/o that horse has won a maiden. Kiwiesque there in j/o, subs won. DANCING JUICE there too and didn’t think much between them so will be having something on so if wins, still win a little on the race, looks over the odds just because of that reason, couldn’t stake because thought debut was plain. Then the most recent was probably the most impressive because was over 1400m and had Cotton Tree there behind who goes decent I think, placing at Flemington. As mentioned though earlier had the blinkers on so wtf would you take them off, anyway they train I don’t so hopefully has sharpened up in trackwork or something without them since, got to have something on at least because Beautiful Jewel looked to be about to go backwards after the line last start and Loveage only looked to pick up when the others stopped trying after the line and Crater Lake wasn’t impressive to my eyes so TheDoctor would only have to be half decent to win I would think
