Good afternoon team,

Pleased to let you all know we will now be sending all selections that come with suggested units e.g Early jump out tips via a new platform. Ben’s Racing Tips have teamed up with the crew at Pro Punter Alert and they will be providing us use of their slick mobile app.

The migration of our Early selections into the PPA app will have several benefits.

1- All members will receive tips at the exact same time – allowing you to secure the best odds at the time of sending. (I have received several reports of members having delayed emails from the system and missing tips)

2- Receive the selections sent as a push notification directly to your home screen. This saves you logging in or hunting for tips when you receive the mail – as was the case with email.

This evening you will receive an email from Pro Punter Alert – this will have instructions on how to download the app (Free) and it will also have individual log in details for each member. Please understand you can only log in on one device per account – attempting to log in on a secondary device will auto log you out of the original device. This feature is to protect odds for paying members and ensure people are not sharing the log in.

I will provide all early selections via both email and app notification from now until Monday 21st of March as a grace period to allow everyone an opportunity to download the app and make sure notifications are working.

Please note that all daily previews in the mean time will remain on the website. This may change at some stage to have everything in the app – however we will trial the app for a month or so before migrating everything over.

This will NOT affect your monthly membership fee. This is a simple membership improvement to increase user experience. Please note you will only be sent the tips from Ben’s Racing Tips – not Pro Punter Alert. Furthermore you will not be spammed with any promotional marketing – this is purely an adjustment to the service to allow members the opportunity to receive tips in the most timely efficient manner possible, so you can get the best odds on offer. Very confident you will all welcome the upgrade!
